Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully before booking.
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies:
1. Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Deposits are accepted via Apple Pay, Cash App, or Zelle
• Deposits cannot be transferred to another service
• Deposits cannot be applied to a different appointment
• Deposits will be forfeited if you cancel or fail to reschedule properly
Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
2. Payment Methods
Deposits Accepted:
• Apple Pay
• Cash App
• Zelle
Remaining Balance:
• Cash
• Zelle
If you choose to pay using Cash App or Apple Pay, an additional $5–$7 processing fee will be added to account for service fees and taxes.
If using digital payment for the remaining balance, a $10 convenience fee may apply.
3. Off-Day Appointments
Tuesday and Thursday are considered off-days.
Appointments booked on these days will include an additional off-day service fee.
Please check the scheduling tab for availability.
4. Late Policy
Clients arriving late may be subject to a late fee.
If you arrive too late to complete your service:
• Your appointment may be shortened
• Your appointment may be canceled
• Your deposit may be forfeited
Please plan accordingly.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule:
• You must do so within the allowed timeframe
• You must rebook immediately
Failure to reschedule properly will result in deposit forfeiture.
If booking for a friend:
• Review payments do not transfer between appointments
• If your friend cancels, that payment does not apply toward your own service
6. High-Demand Days
High-demand booking days include Tuesday through Thursday.
Please book in advance. Same-day accommodations are not guaranteed.
7. Booking Requirements
Before booking:
• Review the “Please Read Before Booking” guideline link
• Check the scheduling tab for availability
• Submit updated photos if required (durag pictures, etc.)
Failure to follow booking instructions may result in appointment cancellation.
8. Face-to-Face Updates & Photos
Updated reference photos may be required prior to service.
Face-to-face consultation instructions and durag photo updates must be completed as requested before your appointment.
Final Agreement
By booking, you acknowledge that you:
• Have read all policies
• Agree to all fees
• Understand deposits are non-refundable
• Understand policies are strictly enforced
